This is the first time that Hainan has sent medical personnel to Africa since the establishment of Hainan Province in 1988. The nine medical personnel of the sixth batch of medical teams to Burkina Faso are respectively from Gansu and Hainan, and the two medical personnel sent by Hainan are from SHHMU. At the same time, Chen Daohu, deputy director of the cardiovascular surgery department of SHHMU, will also serve as the leader of the medical team.
