At present, surgical resection is the first choice for the treatment of breast cancer, with the aim of radical cure. With the progress of society and the development of science, curing diseases is not the only goal, but also need to maintain or restore the integrity of the patient's body and improve the quality of life of patients. Breast reconstruction is to reconstruct a new breast at the same time of breast resection or several years after breast resection, so as to restore the integrity of the patient's body, without affecting the quality of life due to the physical disability caused by breast resection.

In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to minimizing the change of breast shape after breast cancer surgery. This trend can be achieved mainly through three ways: increasing the number of breast-conserving operations; developing axillary lymph node dissection and breast segmental resection techniques to reduce breast shape changes; and reconstructing breast after surgery. In order to maintain a good-looking breast after breast cancer surgery, the number of breast plastic surgery increased significantly. In fact, at present, there is a cross between oncology surgery and plastic surgery, which is what we call "oncology plastic surgery". This concept refers to the application of principles and techniques of plastic surgery in the treatment of cancer patients. Breast neoplasty technology has great challenge and temptation, and it is the future development direction of breast surgery technology.

Breast-conserving and axillary-conserving surgery for breast cancer, breast reconstruction and reconstruction after breast cancer surgery, and the application of expanded adjacent skin flaps to repair breast wall soft tissue defects after advanced breast cancer surgery. In Hainan Province, we took the lead in developing endoscopic-assisted axillary lymph node dissection for breast cancer, radical mastectomy with nipple-areola preservation under endoscope and primary breast reconstruction.

Our Department has carried out remote collaboration with Mammary Gland Center of Plastic Hospital of Chinese Academy of Sciences to ensure the quality of surgical treatment for patients.Among the 15 patients who underwent surgery in our department, 5 underwent immediate repair and 10 underwent delayed repair. Simple application of latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap pedicled transfer in 3 cases, latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap pedicled transfer + breast prosthesis in 1 case, tissue expansion in 2 cases of local skin flap transfer, follow-up for 2-15 months, all the flaps survived, wound healing was good, the shape was satisfactory. It does not affect the treatment of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and has good application prospects.

Endoscopic surgery is a new surgical treatment technology developed in the field of surgery in recent 20 years. With its precise minimally invasive advantages, it has gained great attention and development at home and abroad. The Department of Oncology, Hainan Agricultural Reclamation General Hospital, has made unremitting efforts for many years to treat breast cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, thyroid cancer, intrathoracic tumors and other patients, and has obtained good curative effect and favorable comments from the majority of patients.

Our hospital has always attached great importance to the development of endoscopic minimally invasive surgery and continuously invested in world-class advanced equipment. In 2012, the hospital purchased the first second-generation Karl Storz full-HD camera system in our province, which is regarded as the highest standard of medical field of vision. Its display mode horizon has expanded by 32%, and it is the most advanced endoscopy equipment in China. At present, there are two of the equipment in the General Hospital of Agricultural Reclamation.

Rapid Rehabilitation Surgical Treatment
