Neurosurgery II

Overview

Ward 2 of Neurosurgery founded in 2016, is the first batch of postgraduate training departments in our hospital. At present, there are 6 specialists in the department, including 1 chief physician, 1 deputy chief physician, 1 attending physician, 3 residents. Among them, 1 tutor, 1 doctor and 3 master students. There are 35 beds in the ward. It has a specialist operating room, and a number of advanced neurosurgical equipment, such as Lycra operating microscope, Snake bipolar electrocoagulation, Xishan surgical power system, Mayfield headframe, Siemens dual-plate DSA, 3.0T nuclear magnetic resonance, dual-source spiral CT, etc.Detail>>

Service

The department has excellent equipment and strong technical force. The specialty covers craniocerebral trauma, cerebrovascular disease, intracranial tumors and functional diseases. We have rich experiences in the diagnosis and treatment of craniocerebral injury, especially severe and extra-severe craniocerebral injury, as well as the operation and interventional treatment of various cerebrovascular diseases, and have made outstanding achievements.

In recent years, department personnel have undertaken a number of provincial, ministerial and office-level scientific research projects, and achieved fruitful research results. They have published more than 10 academic papers, including 2 SCI papers. Director Li Qiang, who graduated from Central South University in 2008 with a doctorate, is the Standing Committee of Neurosurgery Branch of Hainan Medical Association and the first batch of master's supervisors in our hospital.

In 2008, he graduated from Xiangya Hospital of Central South University. He has in-depth research and rich clinical experience in the microsurgery of nervous system tumors, the microsurgery of cerebrovascular diseases, the interventional therapy of blood vessels, the diagnosis and treatment of severe and severe craniocerebral injury. Participated in and undertook 5 research projects at or above the national, provincial and ministerial levels, and published 17 academic papers at home and abroad, including 2 SCI papers.
