1.Standardized prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases: Our goal is to continuously improve the prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular disease, especially to standardize the risk factors control of stroke. In the field of preventing and controlling cerebral infarction, we trained nearly 1,000 medical staff in 21 cities and counties in our province by the key projects  of the Health Planning Commission and technology promotion projects to improve the brains of medical staff in our province. We have improved the standardization of prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases among medical staff in Hainan Province, and reduced the incidence, death, disability and recurrence of stroke. We contribute to the prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases in our province.

2. Diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular intervention: Our department has established a mature interventional team. Deputy Director of Longfaqing, who is also a master's tutor. In 2012, he was sent to Beidou Hospital in Hokkaido, Japan for 6 months. In 2013, he was trained at the Cerebral Vessel Intervention Center in Beijing Xuanwu Hospital for 1 year. Our department completes global cerebral angiography (DSA), acute cerebral infarction, Cerebral artery thrombectomy, and endovascular stent placement every year. The technique in the cerebral artery of our department has reached the international advanced level. We have long-term close cooperation and exchange with the Cerebrovascular Interventional Treatment Center of Beijing Xuanwu Hospital to ensure the surgical treatment of patients with high-risk and difficult cerebrovascular intervention.

3. Diagnosis and treatment of difficult diseases of the nervous system: Our department has treated a large number of incurable patients from the grassroots level for many years. Undergraduate Su Qingjie successively studied at Shanghai Huashan Hospital (with Professor Jiang Yuping, Professor Lu Fax, etc.) . He has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of complex diseases of the nervous system and has the advantage of being able to communicate with experts and professors in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. In the past 5 years, we have screened 3 patients with prion protein disease (commonly known as "mad cow disease"), rescued many patients with severe cerebrovascular disease, intracranial infection, myasthenia gravis and Guillain-Barre with respiratory failure, diagnosed and treated many complex optic neuromyelitis lineage diseases, autoimmune encephalitis, motor neuron disease (commonly known as "frozen people"), extra-vertebral diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, and nervous system hereditary diseases.

4. Diagnosis and treatment of neuropsychology and dementia: Dr. Wu Yingman has extensive clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of neuropsychology and dementia. We can complete mini mental state examination ( MMSE) , Alzheimer’s disease assessment, Wechsler Intelligence Scale, Activity of Daily Living（ADL）， Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD), Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR), and we can carry out related blood markers like homocysteine, vitamin B12 and folic acid.

5. Carry out neurological disease overall nursing and high-quality specialist nursing: Our nursing team of our department is united and actively carries out high-quality specialized nursing. Every inpatient was assessed with ADL, fall high-risk score, bedsore and deep vein thrombosis protection. High-standard perioperative specialized nursing service was strictly implemented for patients with cerebrovascular interventional diagnosis and treatment. The patients with dementia and cognitive impairment were trained with Anti-alienation markers and targeted mental-stimulating hand exercises. Secondary preventive health education was conducted for stroke patients. Quality services such as education, follow-up after discharge was conducted for stroke patients.
